Word from the founder

It came to a point where we had to make a decision about our father’s place of residence. I was challenged to look at elders’ homes with a mix of emotions, so I told myself I’d start with the most luxurious elders’ homes in Sri Lanka because his comfort was the most important. However, once we began visiting these homes, I realised they were far from luxurious, and most importantly, there was no affection for the residents or vibrancy. I realized that many children were paying a premium to ensure that their parents had the best of everything, just as any parent would do for their dependent children. However, the service provided did not correspond to the premium paid. Longevity was birthed at that moment. To provide our parents with vibrant ageing facilities that will allow them to live a long and happy life with joy and independence.
